Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of DUI Defense Network and our confidential attorney referral services. By using our website or requesting a referral, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Our services (referral—not legal advice)
DUI Attorney Matching
We collect limited information from you and route your request to an independent attorney partner who may contact you for a consultation.
Confidential Intake & Referral
You can request a referral online or by phone. We use your information to facilitate a connection and improve our service.
Location-Based Referrals
We aim to connect you with attorneys familiar with local courts and DUI/DWI procedures in your area.
Customer Support
We can help with technical issues, intake questions, and referral status—but we do not provide legal advice.
Key terms you should know
We want you to feel informed and supported. The sections below summarize important terms about referrals, communications, and limitations.
