What counts as a “Qualified Lead”
A lead is billable only if: (1) the consumer submitted a request for a DUI attorney, (2) a phone number is provided (and may be phone-verified if supported), (3) the location is within your selected service area, and (4) it’s not a duplicate within 30 days. Leads are non-exclusive unless stated; exclusivity is not guaranteed.
